Agreement to Terms
- These Terms apply to the Roda Wellness website and all related services (“Site”).
- Supplemental terms posted on the Site are incorporated by reference.
Eligibility
- You must be 18+ to use our Site.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws if you access the Site from elsewhere.
Use of Services
- Our Services are therapeutic and informational only.
- They are not emergency services. If in crisis, call 911 or 988 (U.S.).
- Sessions are confidential and protected under HIPAA.
Appointments & Payments
- Appointments are required.
- Fees, sliding scale, and insurance info are shared during intake.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel ≥24 hours in advance → no fee
- Late cancel or no-show → $100 fee
- No-show = missing the session or arriving 15+ mins late
Intellectual Property
- All Site content is owned by Roda Wellness, LLC.
- Copying or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
Modifications & Interruptions
- Site content may be updated, modified, or suspended without notice.
- We are not liable for downtime or loss of access.
Disclaimers
- The Site and Services are provided “as is.”
- Results from therapy are not guaranteed.
Limitations of Liability
- Roda Wellness is not liable for damages arising from Site use.
- Liability is limited to the lesser of:
- Total amount paid in the last 6 months
- $10,000 USD
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governed by Colorado law.
- Arbitration applies for most disputes (except IP, privacy violations, or injunctive relief). Arbitration is limited to disputes between you and Roda Wellness individually.
HIPAA Notice
- We comply with HIPAA for therapy clients.
- HIPAA does not apply to coaching, consulting, or online courses.
